UPDATE: Four arrest made in IG Burton stolen vehicles case

DOVER, Del. – Police in Dover have arrested four more people during their investigation into the theft of eight vehicles from a local car dealership earlier in the week.

The Dover Police Department, who assisted the Milford Police Department in this case, has arrested 19-year-old Samuel Horton and three other juveniles without incident on various charges related to the incident.

Horton, who was released on $10,500 unsecured bond, is being charged with receiving stolen property, conspiracy second degree, resisting arrest, disregard police signal, along with several other traffic violations.

One of the juveniles was released on an own recognizance bond and is being charged with receiving stolen property, conspiracy second degree, and resisting arrest.

The two other juveniles are both being charged with illegal gang participation, receiving stolen property, conspiracy second degree, and resisting arrest. They are both being currently held at Stevenson Juvenile Detention Center, with one being held on $1,900 bond and the other being held on $1,100 secured bond.
