Shepherd’s Office hosts Presidents Day barbecue

GEORGETOWN, Del. –  One organization took advantage of World Kindness Day and the President’s Day holiday.

The Shepherd’s Office, a homeless resource center hosted a President’s Day barbecue for those in need.

Donations Coordinator, Joseph Kennedy said, “We come here to let the community come in. We help the homeless. We let the hungry and the lonely come in, relax, and socialize.”

We’re told the Shepherd’s Office offers free bread every day for those in need and host frequent free meal events for those in need.
