Seaford PD reopens 2015 armed robbery case after attaining enhanced photos

SEAFORD, Del. – A three and a half year out case was re-opened and investigators in Seaford say technological advances are a big reason why.

An armed robbery that happened back on September 15, 2015 at Uncle Willies is again under the microscope.

Investigators say that video surveillance from the night of the crime was recently enhanced and now more clearly shows the two people that were involved.

In the images, you can see a criminal who acted like a customer and another criminal who jumped over the cash register to get money.

Investigators say the subjects got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and that catching them is a priority.

Senior Corporal Eric Chambers says, “The case regardless of how old it is, we’re going to keep working on it until we close it out. So right now, this case is three and a half, four years old, we’re still working on it. We need the publics help to identify who these people are that are suspects in these pictures so we can close this case out and bring justice.”

If you recognize the two individuals in the images or if you have any information from September 15 2015, you can call the Seaford Police Department at 302-629-6644.
