Whaleyville man arrested in connection to multiple vehicle break-ins

WHALEYVILLE, Md. – A Whaleyville man has been arrested in connection to multiple area vehicle break-ins.

Officials say the incidents occurred in the Berlin area throughout the months of October and November 2018. The investigation was conducted by the Berlin Police Department with the assistance of the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation.

The investigation came to an end on December 13th, when police arrested 44-year-old Joseph Brian Moseley in connection to the incidents. He was charged with eight counts of rogue and vagabond, one count of theft scheme $100-$1500, one count of malicious destruction of property, and one count of theft $100-$1500.
