Queen Anne’s County Sheriff reporting bomb threat in Stevensville

STEVENSVILLE, Md. – The Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Office says a bomb threat was reported in the Stevensville area Thursday afternoon.

Officials from the sheriffs office say they received the report at around 2 PM Thursday, in the 100 block of Log Canoe Circle in Stevensville.

The area was safely evacuated and searched. K-9 teams were also deployed to assist with the search.

Police say that no threat has been found at this time.

Multiple threats have been sent to businesses nationwide throughout the afternoon.
