Death investigation underway after police find deceased woman in home

MILLSBORO, Del, – A death is ongoing after Delaware State Police say a woman was found dead in her home.

Police were called to the 26000 block of Schooner Lane in the Rehoboth Shores development at 10:30 AM Saturday morning.  Troopers found the woman deceased with no obvious signs of forced entry to the home.

The victim has been turned over to the Delaware Division of Forensic Science where an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause and manner of death.  The victim’s identity is being withheld pending the notification of the next of kin.
