Wayne Hartman wins Maryland Delegate 38C seat; replaces Carroza

Results are in for the Maryland House of Delegates District 38C and Wayne Hartman has won the race.

Hartman, who's currently a council member for Ocean City, received 49.2 percent of the vote. Hartman is expected to take Mary Beth Carozza's seat, who's currently running against Senator Jim Mathias.

Hartman beat out three other candidates including Joe Schanno who received 39.2 percent of the vote. Ed Tinus received 8.3 percent, while Jim Shaffer received 3.3 percent.
