A Salisbury woman is facing charges after police say she pulled a woman out of her vehicle, and assaulted her, in Wicomico County.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Milandra Constant, of Salisbury, made repeated threats to harm another person.

According to the report, while in the same place as that woman, Constant grabbed the woman and pulled her from her vehicle, before assaulting her.

Authorities say on Saturday, around 12:00 PM, Constant was arrested and charged with assault second degree, false imprisonment, harassment, and stalking. She is currently being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond.
