Suspect in New Year’s Harrington shooting turns himself in

Harrington Police say a Dover man wanted for a shooting on New Year's Day turned himself in on Tuesday.
19-year-old Trequon T. Seth turned himself in to face charges after he reportedly fired shots that hit a 17-year-old in the leg on January 1st.
That day police say they responded to the parking lot at Lake Forest South Elementary School on Dorman Street shortly before 4 PM to find the 17-year-old with a gunshot wound. An investigation led to the identification of Seth as the shooter and police issued a a warrant for his arrest.
Seth is now charged with first degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon during commission of a felony, reckless endangerment, tampering with physical evidence and second degree conspiracy.
He was comitted to Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $109,000 cash bond, officials said.
