One arrested, police looking for another suspect in Harrington shooting

Police say that they have arrested one and are still searching for another suspect after a shooting that happened on New Year's Day in Harrington.
According to Harrington Police, on January 1 around 3:58 PM, officers were called to the parking lot of Lake Forest South Elementary for reports of shots fired. When police arrived, they determined that an unknown suspect fired multiple rounds from a handgun striking a 17-year-old victim in the legs. The victim was taken by ambulance to Milford Memorial Hospital and later air-lifted to Christiana Hospital for further treatment. Police say the victim's injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
During the investigation, police say they learned that several people were playing football at WT Chipman Middle School when another group of people arrived. The group reportedly confronted the people playing football, and a fight took place. Police say after the fight broke up, a man fired a handgun multiple times at the group of people who were fleeing. During this time, the victim was wounded. Police say after the suspect fired the weapon, he gave the gun to another suspect who got rid of it. The gun has reportedly not been recovered. The suspects reportedly then fled in a car. Police were given a description of the car and the car was located by a Delaware State Trooper on Milford- Harrington in the area of John Char Estates. Before the trooper stopped the car, the two suspects fled on foot. When the car was stopped, the driver and a passenger were taken into custody to the Harrington Police Department for questioning. They were later released without charges.
During the course of investigation, police say they identified the suspects as 19-year-old Trequon Seth of Dover, and 20-year-old David Brown of Dover. Police found that Seth is the suspect who fired the weapon, and Brown was the suspect who was given the gun, and who discarded it. both reportedly fled from the car. Police were able to locate Brown hiding in bushes on Old Airport Road where he was taken into custody. Seth has not yet been found. Brown was taken to the Harrington Police Department where he was charged with with first degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, first degree reckless endangering, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, and second degree conspiracy. Brown was arraigned via video phone at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and he was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $70,000 secured bond.
