Three arrested following Dover drug investigation

Members of the Dover Police Department Street Crimes Unit and Delaware Probation Parole officers arrested three people on Tuesday on drug related charges, following an investigation.

According to the report, officers saw drug-related activity at a room at the Dover Inn, and they then watched William Nieberg, 29, and Anthony Fountain, 24, leave in a white car. Officers were able to stop the car, and reported that they found the two men in possession of 78 bags of heroin. After this discovery, officers conducted an administrative search warrant, or probation search, at the hotel room and found Tavetha Corron, 21, inside. In the room, authorities also noted an additional 503 bags of heroin, $1,504 cash, and 85 hypodermic needles.

After being arrested and transported by authorities, Nieberg, Fountain, and Corron were charged with the following:

Both Tabetha Corron and Anthony Fountain were charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin- tier 5 quantity, possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy second degree. They were both committed $21,500 secured bond.

William Nieberg was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin- tier 5 quantity, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy second degree, and violation of probation. He was also committed on $21,500 secured bond.
