UPDATE: PCCC apprehends two missing offenders

The Delaware Department of Correction has announced that the following inmates who absconded from the Plummer Community Corrections Center have been apprehended.

Kenneth Truitt was found over the weekend in Cecil County, Maryland. Officials say he is in custody and awaiting extradition to Delaware.

Giovani Matos was found over the weekend in Elkton, Maryland. Officials say he is also in custody and awaiting extradition to Delaware.
