Worcester Co. contractor accused of working without a license

A Worcester County man, and his girlfriend are facing charges for being an unlicensed contractor.

The Worcester County Bureau of Investigation says they have been investigating Joseph Carlini and Apex Property Maintenance for acting as a contractor without a license, since February 2015.

During that investigation, Officials say they found that Carlini’s girlfriend, Jaime Hamer, was also involved in the case. Investigators say they have since charged both Carlini and Hamer for business related crimes, including acting as a contractor without a license.
