In Delaware a former murder suspect pleads guilty to perjury charges.

has pleaded guilty to perjury and conspiracy. in april — delaware state police found — schweiger and phillip wright both lied during the trial for the 2013 stabbing murder of tony mozick in leipsic. last august — schweiger was found not guilty of first degree murder in that case. but after he was released from prison in september — police say during a recorded phone call with an unidentified person — schweiger admitted to killing mozick. schweiger also reportedly admitted to lying on the witness stand — and bribing wright to lie as well — to establish an alibi. for the perjury — schweiger was sentenced to eight years in prison — followed by two years at level iii probation. he got two years in prison for the conspiracy charge – it all adds up to ten years. staying in delaware — a traffic stop led to the arrest of a new
