UPDATE: Body found inside vehicle in Dover ruled as homicide

The Dover Police Department say, they are investigating the shooting death of a 34-year-old man found inside a vehicle in Dover.

According to police, Thomas Deputy was found in the early morning hours of Friday, dead inside a vehicle on Barrister Place, with an injury to his upper body. Police have since ruled Deputy’s death as a homicide. Deputy reportedly suffered a single gunshot wound to the upper body.

The investigation is ongoing at this time. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Unit are continuing their investigate and are asking anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.
