Information sought on Salisbury armed robbery suspect

Police in Salisbury are looking to identify a man, who they say attempted to rob a local convenience store.
Salisbury Police say on Sunday, around 8:30 PM, Officers responded to the Royal Farms on North Salisbury Boulevard, for reports of a robbery. Once on scene, Police say they learned that someone had walked in, and demanded money from a clerk, while indicating that he was armed, though no weapon was ever actually seen. The suspect reportedly fled the area on foot, with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police described the suspect as a man standing 5′ 9″ tall with a medium build, last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a dark toboggan style hat, and blue jeans.
Anyone with information about this incident, or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Crime Solvers of the Eastern Shore at 410-548-1776. They are offering an up to $1,000 reward for tips leading to an arrest. Police say the investigation is on-going at this time.
