Cambridge SD Football Rolls Nandua

The Cambridge South-Dorchester Vikings football team has only one loss this 2015 season, and that single loss, came from a game full of controversial calls to top ranked North Caroline Bulldogs. Since then, the Vikings have gone on a roll – taking down their opponents each and every week including this week’s postponed match up against Nandua.

The Vikings are extremely dangerous on the offense of side of the ball with players like Nathaniel Lowe and Tre Lake leading the way. Lowe is a dual threat – he has proven game after game that he’s got a cannon and he can also run the rock – including the first touchdown in today’s game with a huge run up the middle for a 64 yard touchdown. Lowe scored two of his own touchdowns while completing passes for another touchdown throughout the first half adding one more with his arm in the second half. On the day, Lowe finished 5-5 for 113 yards and 2 TD’s, while rushing for 101 yards and 2 more scores. Lake was making some noise himself throughout the game with 3 touchdowns of his own and 125 yards.

The Warriors managed to get two touchdowns throughout the game, but the Vikings defense locked up throughout the game – as they have continued to do throughout the season.

Cambridge gets the 56-14 win over Nandua and they’ll be back on the field this Saturday in Federalsburg taking on Colonel Richardson at noon.
