I am nominating my 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Deborah Ritz from Snow Hill Middle School.  Mrs. Ritz is committed to her students. She makes us ready, able and eager to learn. She takes time to build up our morale and listen to our fears and ambitions. She creates learning opportunities obvious to all when they step into our classroom. Mrs. Ritz always makes herself available to discuss school work with me or my parents. She is a very capable and special teacher!
