Knight & Brown’s 7 TD Power Smyrna Footbal Past Dover

The Smyrna football team picked up yet another big win Friday night when they rolled past Dover 60-13. The win improves the Eagles to 4-0, while Dover drops to 1-3.

The Eagles would grab the early lead after Will Knight would cap off a drive with a short 7 yard touchdown run. After the Senators would be forced to punt, the Eagles would double their lead after Nolan Henderson would air one down the field for Marcus Vass for a touchdown strike. Dover would fight their way back though after Jordan Magee would find Desmond Wilson for a short touchdown. But the running game really got going for the Eagles from there. After Knight added back to back touchdown strikes to help the lead stretch to 30-7 at the break, Leddie Brown would do the rest. The junior running back found the endzone 3 more times in the second half as Smyrna would roll to the win.

Dover returns to action on Friday when they travel to Polytech, while Smyrna travels to Howard on Friday.
