Washington's boys basketball advance to the regional semifinals Tuesday night when they defeated Cambridge South Dorchester 85-53. The Jaguars will now travel to play at Pocomoke.

Indians Down Warriors; Waller Hits 750 Mark

Two Bayside competitors took the court Tuesday night with the victor at the end of the night being the Wicomico High School boy's basketball team, downing Easton in overtime, 59-55, to advance to the third round of the state tournament. The victory also marked head coach Butch Waller's 750th victory, as the Indians improve to 21-1 for the season.

Mardela Glides By Snow Hill With Ease

Taylor Ross also had a phenomenal game dropping 37 points. The Warriors stay alive with a large margin victory win over Snow Hill, 97-34.

Snow Hill Survives North Dorchester In Overtime

The Snow Hill boys basketball team defeated North Dorchester 68-65 in overtime to advance in the state tournament. The Eagles will now play Pocomoke while North Dorchester's season comes to an end.

SU Women's Basketball Crowned CAC Champs

The Salisbury University women's basketball team was crowned conference champs Saturday afternoon after they pulled off a thrilling come from behind, double overtime win over Mary Washington 74-68. The win improves the Sea Gulls to 24-2 on the year.

Sussex Central Girls Coast To Henlopen Title

The Sussex Central High School girl's basketball team jumped out to an early lead in the first quarter and never looked back, downing Milford in the Henlopen Championship, 74-32. The title is the first for Sussex Central since 2005. 

Third Time's A Charm For Easton

After a back-and-forth game, the Easton Warriors pulled away defeating the North Caroline Bulldogs 56-52, avenging two regular season losses to the Bulldogs.
