The Parkside boys' soccer team escaped Berlin on Tuesday night with a hard fought victory, defeating Stephen Decatur 1-0.

The Delmar Wildcats played host to the Caravel Buccaneers on Friday night and the home team went to work early on.The Wildcats managed to take a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, while making it 14-0 in the second quarter with a pass from Jimmy Adkins to Jeff Whiten for the score. The Buccaneers would respond with a touchdown of their own late in the second quarter, and followed that with a big interception to end the 2nd quarter.Delmar and Caravel headed into halftime with the Wildcats, 14-7, but the Bucs took the game in double-overtime, 32-24 the final.
The Lake Forest Spartans headed into tonight's game against Dover with a win on their minds, however, Dover was not going to back down to the challenge.The Dover Senators got a big win over Baltimore Polytech last week and had a great amount of momentum heading into tonight's game against Lake.The game was a defensive battle towards the start, but both turned cranked up the energy and points were flying around. The Senators managed to have the last say as they took down Lake, 41-40 the final.

The Caesar Rodney Riders and the Smyrna Eagles took the field this evening in a pretty one sided match-up in Camden.The Eagles defense was holding up very solid throughout the first half, but the Riders managed to put some goals away and would take a 3-0 lead going into halftime. One of those goals was from Josh Bennett, who placed the ball perfectly in the far-post side-net to help the Riders notch their third goal of the game.The Riders continued to put up goals in the second half as well and the Eagles defense and goalie could not hang with Caesar Rodney Riders as they take this one 9-0 the final.
The Lake Forest Spartans played host to the Laurel Bulldogs on Thursday afternoon in a great game of soccer.The Bulldogs jumped out to a 1-0 lead after the first half, but they continued to add that score into the second half as well. Laurel was able to put a goal away early into the second half giving them a two-goal lead, but it would not be long before the Spartans struck back. Lake Forest manage to get a goal of their own to make it 2-1, however, the Bulldogs were out there to get a win and that's exactly what they would do.The guys in red put away another goal to take a two-goal lead over the Spartans. Now, the Spartans managed to get another goal their own, but it would not be enough as moral hold on for the win 3-2 in the final.
