WiHi Indians Football Preview

The Wicomico High School football team is coming off a 5-5 season in which they missed out on the playoffs. The Tribe will be looking to improve upon that record this year as they gear up for the upcoming season. 

Driving Delmarva: Sussex Pines

Sussex Pines Country Club is a 18 hole, par 72 course located in Georgetown. The course begins with a front 9 that plays very open. Once you make the turn though, the fairways become thinner and control becomes much more important. 

Drivin' Delmarva: Ocean City Golf Club

Ocean City Golf Club is a course located in Berlin, MD that features two 18 hole courses. Newport Bay is a 18 hole course that plays nearly 6657 yards from the black, while Seaside plays 6701 yards. Newport hugs the coast line for many of it's holes, and often has open tee shots that players can be aggressive with.

Remembering Coach Pusey

The town of Pocomoke is mourning the loss of not just their field hockey coach, but a face of the community. Susan Pusey died early Sunday morning from a complication in a knee surgery that she had the Friday before. Her absence has left a void in her school, as well as with most everyone that knew her.
