I’m Blake Lipton. I joined the WMDT news team in December of 2024. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a major in broadcast journalism.
Originally from Montgomery County, MD, I am excited to continue to tell stories in the state I grew up in. Before my time at WMDT, I worked as an anchor and reporter for stations in Bangor, ME and Johnson City, TN.
