Superior Court of Delaware announces changes to jury management system

Delaware officials say the new software will allow jurors and jury staff to complete some tasks online.

The Superior Court of Delaware says a new online portal will be used to provide jurors with the ability to complete the juror qualification questionnaire online. The new juror qualification questionnaire response portal is called "Jury+ Web Solution." Officials say the new software will also allow jurors to submit postponements and excuse requests online and in real time. This will reportedly result in a faster turnaround as jury staff to  review and make a determination regarding granting or denying requests.

According to officials, the Jury Services Department will continue to serve individuals who do not have access to the internet by using U.S. Mail and by fax.
