Traffic Alert: Officials: CBBT on level four restriction in Va.

On Friday, officials updated their restriction level for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, in Virginia.

Officials say around 3:40 PM the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel is operating with Level 4 wind restrictions. 

Officials report that winds are in excess of 60 mph.

On Friday, officials with the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel say the bridge-tunnel is closed to all traffic. 

The tunnel remains closed due to high winds and current weather conditions.
