Tonya Bundick Arson Trial Pushed Back To April

The trial for convicted Eastern Shore arsonist, Tonya Bundick, was pushed back until April of next year.
Accomack County Commonwealth Attorney, Gary Agar, says Bundick’s attorney, Janee Joslin, filed a motion for continuance, and the judge granted it. Bundick’s trial was set for December 15th and 16th in Virginia Beach.
Joslin originally tried to push back the trial last week at a motions hearing, but at that time it was denied.
In this trial, Bundick is facing one count of arson, for the fire of an abandoned home in Onancock.
