UPDATE: Weatherholtz arrested again on more sex abuse charges

A West Ocean City guitar instructor, already arrested on sex abuse of a minor charges, has been arrested again.
The Worcester County Bureau of Investigations says a second victim of 55-year-old David Weatherholtz has come forward. Investigators say the latest victim was a juvenile at the time of the incident.
Years ago, the victim’s parents apparently hired Weatherholtz as a music teacher, and over the course of the lessons, he suggested becoming the victim’s manager and mentor. According to the report, during this time, the victim was repeatedly lured to Weatherholtz home where he was sexually assaulted, time and time again.
Weatherholtz, the owner of the “O.C. Jamboree” in West Ocean City, is now additionally charged with sex abuse of a minor, 2nd degree assault, perverted practice, and sex offense 4th degree. He is now being held on a $250,000.
Detectives say they believe that there are more victims, due to comments Weatherholtz made during the investigation. Investigators say other victims may have also taken lessons from Weatherholtz or been involved in theatrical productions at “O.C. Jamboree.”
