Two Dover sex offenders wanted by State Police

Two sex offenders in Dover are wanted, after they reportedly failed to register with authorities.

Delaware State Police say their Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is currently looking for 22-year-old Trey Lambert, and 55-year-old Carlton Smith, both of Dover, and both medium risk – tier 2 offenders.

Police say both men have failed to re-register or verify their current address.

Lambert is described as a black male, standing 5′ 9″ tall, weighting 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Smith is described as a black male, standing 5′ 10″ tall, weighting 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
