Georgetown man charged in Easton for telephone harassment

A Delaware man is facing charges, after he reportedly made repeated phone calls to an Easton resident.
Easton Police say on February 16th, 45-year-old Ronald Elliott called and sent text messages continually, to the victim. There were reportedly around 20 calls, and nearly as many text messages received.
Police say the victim applied for the charges on the 18th, and on the 19th, Officers served Elliot with a criminal summons for one count of telephone misuse for repeated calls to the victim, and one count of harassment for a continuing course of conduct that was bothersome to the alleged victim.
Elliot signed the summons, and was released pending trial.
