UPDATE: Cause of death found in fatal stabbing in Chincoteague

Chincoteague Police Department has confirmed a fatal stabbing of a 56-year-old woman in Chincoteague, Virginia.

According to officials with the Chincoteague Police Department, the cause of death has been ruled a suicide.
