Convicted Somerset Co. Murderer may seek drug evaluation prior to sentencing

There is a new factor to be considered in the case of a Somerset County man, convicted for being a co-conspirator in a Thanksgiving 2013 murder.
According to the Somerset County State’s Attorney, Dan Powell, Raekwon Lee’s attorney filed a request for a drug treatment evaluation to be done prior to his sentencing.
Lee’s sentencing is set for next month, but it is unclear if the drug treatment evaluation could affect that.
He was one of four suspects arrested in connection with the murder of Adrian Marshall in Princess Anne. Two other co-conspirators, Brandon Early and Don Hanna Jr. were sentenced to life in prison. Cory Hamilton was found not guilty.
