SU Men’s Lacrosse Blast CNU

The Salisbury University men’s lacrosse team pounded Christopher Newport Wednesday night to pick up another conference win 16-3. The win improves the Sea Gulls to 10-4. 

Salisbury jumped out to a quick lead in the first after Nathan Blondino found the back of the net just over 4 minutes into the contest. Carson Kalama would then score 2 straight before Mike Kane would add one to give Salisbury a 4-0 lead after the 1. The hot scoring continued in the second quarter as the Sea Gulls would go on to add 5 more, including two from James Burton.  Salisbury would then put the game away in the third, out scoring the Captains 6-1 in the period to take a 15-1 lead into the 4th.

Salisbury returns to action Saturday when they travel to play Frostburg.
