Easton Boys Lax Roll WiHi

The Easton boys lacrosse team hit the road Wednesday and came away with a 20-4 win at Wicomico High School. The win improves the Warriors to 5-3, while the loss drops the Indians to 1-8.

The Warriors would jump out to a quick lead after Sam Phillips would find the back of the net. The lead would continue to grow as other players found their way into the scoring column including Ian Godlee and Chris Gibbs. Easton would take a double digit lead into half time, and watched it continue to grow the second half even after subbing out several of their starters. To their credit, the Tribe continued to battle and had a few nice plays including a great bouncing goal from Jordan Bivens. But the Warriors would close it out for the win. 

Easton returns to action Wednesday when they host Queen Anne’s, while WiHi returns to work Friday when they travel to Stephen Decatur.
