Salisbury authorities put on mock crash

Drinking and driving awareness took center stage in Maryland today as authorities in Salisbury put on a mock crash.

Students from Wi-Hi and Mardela High school Thursday saw first-hand how drinking and driving can lead to disastrous outcomes. It’s part of the 2015 Prom Promise and officials are hoping this event gets the word out even to those who could not attend.

Right after the mock crash authorities from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office and the Salisbury Fire Department spoke with students about how these crashes impact their lives.
