Salibury Women’s Lacrosse Wins 15th CAC Title
The women’s lacrosse Capital Athletic Conference tournament championship game took place at Salisbury University – with SU taking on the York Spartans.
The first half was extremely close – going back and forth, but the Gulls would take a 3-2 lead heading into halftime with a goal scored by, senior, Bethany Baer with less than a minute to go. Baer is in her third game back after returning from an injury – she finished today’s game with 3 goals.
SU came out ready to take the win at home putting away three unanswered goals, and held the Spartans to just one goal in the second half.
