Snow Hill Football’s Smith, Buhrt Sign At Fairmont St.

It was a special day Tuesday for Snow Hill football standouts Ian Smith and Chris Buhrt as both seniors signed to continue their careers at Fairmont St. While the team didn’t have the year they were hoping for, the seniors were bright spots both in production and in leadership for the young Eagles squad. The two state the combination of the small school feel, the academics offered the the connection with the coaching staff there made Fairmont St. the perfect place for them to continue playing. Both players wanted to thank Snow Hill and it’s coaching staff in helping develop them as individuals and as men, in order to receive this opportunity.
