Pesticide license renewals now available online

Heads up Maryland farmers, pesticide licenses, permits and certificates can now be renewed online or through a mobile device.

The Maryland Department of Agriculture tells 47 ABC they’ve put in a lot of work into creating a system that makes pesticide renewal much easier for businesses, public agencies, and commercial applicators. 

Before, farmers received an invoice and mailed in paper applications for renewals. Reps with MDA believe this change will make the renewal process much smoother. Click here to access the renewals and database searches on the department’s website.
