UPDATE: One dead in hang glider accident

Authorities say a 49-year-old New York man was pronounced dead earlier today after a hang-gliding accident.

We’re told the crash happened around noon today near Race Track Road in Ridgeville.

The man reportedly lost control of the hang glider and crashed into the ground.

Maryland State Police tell 47 ABC that the investigation into the accident is still ongoing.
