UPDATE: Water service restored to State Road and Schoolvue in Rehoboth

Officials say that water service has been restored to State Road and Schoolvue in Rehoboth, on Tuesday afternoon.

The City of Rehoboth Beach says that the Water Department Staff finished all necessary repairs on Tuesday at 3:25 PM. In most cases, when the water pressure comes back, residents will need to run the cold water tap a few minutes to clear the pipes.

Officials say that the water has been shut off on a street in Rehoboth Beach, on Tuesday.

According to the city of Rehoboth Beach, the water was shut off on State Road because of an emergency water main break.

There will reportedly be intermittent water shut off in the Schoolvue area while the Water Department is fixing the issue.
