Police investigate fatal crash in Easton

Maryland State Police say they are investigating a fatal crash on Route 404 near Route 50, Sunday evening.

Officials with the MSP Easton Barrack tell 47 ABC that at about 8 PM, a BMW was driving on Route 404, when it crashed into a Buick. Investigators say the driver and passenger of the BMW were transported to local hospitals for their injuries. The sole driver in the Buick was reported dead at the scene.

No word yet on what caused the crash, and that it remains under investigation at this time.
