Three arrested following two month drug investigation in Lewes

A two month long investigation into drug sales from a home in Lewes, has resulted in several arrests.

Delaware State Police say community members brought them concerns about possible illegal drug sales happening at a home on Sunset Lane. On Friday, they wrapped up a two month investigation, with the arrests of 21-year-old Elias Connor, 22-year-old Adrien Young, and the owner of the home, 48-year-old Sheree Connor, all of Lewes.

Police say their investigation confirmed the community’s suspicions. Elias Connor and Young were arrested during a traffic stop, after Police say they left the house in a 2005 Chrysler Sebring, during which they found 8 bags of heroin stamped “lottery” totaling .12 grams, and more than $400 in suspected drug proceeds.

Young was charged with manufactures, delivers, of PWID counterfeit controlled substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,300 bond.

Elias Connor was charged with manufactures, delivers, of PWID counterfeit controlled substances, two counts of possession of controlled counterfeit substances, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on a $2,200 bond.

After a search of the home, Police say they seized a 9 mm Ruger handgun, 52 bags of suspected heroin stamped “Lottery” weighing approximately 0.78 g, and drug paraphernalia, along with five marijuana plants weighing about 16 grams, were found behind a small building on the property.

Sheree Connor was charged with maintaining a drug property, and released on an unsecured bond.
