UPDATE: Missing Wilmington man located

Delaware State Police say 40-year-old Jason Lowe of Wilmington has been located.

Officials therefore have canceled the Gold Alert.

Lowe was reported missing from the area of Kirkwood Highway at about 3:00 PM on Monday.
