Car collides with Milford Diner during lunch hour

Some people in Milford got a surprise during lunch when a car apparently struck the Milford Diner Wednesday.

According to witnesses on scene, they were eating lunch when the building of the diner shook. When they got outside, they saw a car had hit the building.

According to the Milford Police Department, it was a minor accident with only minor injuries reported.

No official word yet on what exactly caused the crash. We’re told the diner is still open for business.
