Seaford man arrested after reportedly setting furniture on fire

Police arrested a Seaford man over the weekend, after they say he set a woman’s furniture on fire.
The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office says that 23-years old Dylan Blann and 2 women were arguing at a home on Falcon Avenue on Sunday. Blann reportedly piled furniture from the trailer in the backyard, and then set it on fire. This all reportedly happened while the two women were still inside, with several children. Officers say the fire cause some of the vinyl siding of the trailer to melt.
Blann was charged with reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and malicious destruction of property over $1,000. He was arrested, and held at the Dorchester County Detention Center, on a $25,000 bond.
