FBI offers $10K reward for info in teen’s shooting death

(AP) The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the slaying of a teenager at a party in Newark.

Law enforcers say on Dec. 28, 2013, 16-year-old D’Andre Green was leaving a party at the Brookside Community Center when a fight broke out.

New Castle County Police say Green was not involved in the fight and tried to run away when shots were fired. He was shot several times in the crossfire and died from his injuries.

Authorities say dozens of people saw the fight. Anyone with information is urged to call the FBI in Wilmington or New Castle County Police.
