Seaford Police searching for suspect involved in two shootings
SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford Police are investigating two shooting incidents that happened on the same night.
We’re told both incidents took place during the evening hours of July 20th. The first incident occurred at around 6:20 p.m., in the 400 block of North Street. Officers arrived on scene to find evidence indicating there was one shooter and a residence was hit by gunfire.
While on scene at the North Street location, officers heard gunshots coming from another location shortly after 7 p.m. Seaford units and other surrounding agencies responded to the Woodland Mills Apartment complex, where they learned that one subject was injured. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Evidence gathered at this scene indicated that one suspect was responsible for shooting one victim and several apartments.
