Zip Cars to roll-out at Salisbury University

Zip Cars will be rolling out at Salisbury University on Friday.

Representatives from the ride share company will be in Red Square on the campus from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. for students to sign up for the program. It’s $15.

Zip Car will allow students at SU to reserve a shared on- campus car throughout the academic year. It’s all done electronically.  

School officials believe the service will lessen the need for vehicles on campus and provide greater mobility for students in the area.
