Local students honor lives lost

Local students at North Salisbury School honored lives Friday at a Patriot Day ceremony.

Students were joined by Salisbury Mayor Jim Ireton, as well as Wicomico County Sheriff’s Deputies, and members of the Salisbury Fire Department.

The program was led by staff and students and was organized to encourage the students to serve others as part of the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
