Hodgson outlasts Lake Forest in thriller

The Lake Forest Spartans lost a thriller on Friday night, falling to two-time defending Division II champion Hodgson 38-30.
Lake took a 21-14 lead into the half thanks to two touchdowns by senior fullback Amir White, and a 29 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Noah Feague-Johnson to slotback Trevon Milton.
After the half, Hodgson RB DeJuan Outlaw got loose to the tune of 3 touchdowns, for a total of four and 221 yards rushing. The back and forth game was capped when Outlaw scored his final touchdown of the game with less than three minutes remaining.
Lake Forest goes on the road next week to take on St. Marks next Friday, September 19th.
