DSP searching for wanted sex offender in Georgetown

John B. Waryasz, 54, who is a high risk Tier 3 sex offender and may be homeless, living in the Georgetown area.

State Police are looking for information on the whereabouts of a sex offender, who apparently didn’t register his address with authorities.

Delaware State Police say their Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is looking for 54-year-old John Waryasz, a tier 3 high risk sex offender, who may be living in the Georgetown area.

Waryasz is wanted on a failure to re-register charge, after Police say he didn’t re-register his current address with SOAR. He is reportedly homeless. Police describe Waryasz as a white male, standing 5’10” tall, weighing 173 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes.
